Our team of nearly one hundred aviation professionals is committed to safe aviation, and a great workplace wherever they are located across the country. Our General Managers, Chief and Senior Base Engineers, Heads of Operation, engineers, pilots, instructors, trainers, administrators and support team members have the breadth of experience the mirrors the scope of our day to day activities.

Committed to
leadership

Tisdall Aviation Group’s executive leadership team brings considerable corporate experience to bear, along with strong family values. Bob Tisdall serves as our Group Chairman, using the acumen accrued over decades of leadership in international business. Bob is a lifetime Fellow of the Australian Computer Society in recognition of his contribution to the information technology sector. Additionally he holds a Master’s degree in Science and Technology (Aviation) from the University of New South Wales and is an active pilot in his own right.

Dr Lucas Tisdall is our Managing Director and Group Chief Executive. With a background in corporate finance and people leadership, Lucas is a Certified Education Manager, qualified vocational trainer, commercial pilot and entrepreneur with a genuine interest in building team capability and the next generation of aviation professionals.
